Movement Puzzles are pattern movement exercises where the dog moves between 2 bowls - the 2 bowl game - and does movement exercises independently from their human (no handler cues!) while moving from bowl to bowl.

Will the program include guidelines for managing dogs who guard resources or struggle around other dogs? Will there be troubleshooting guides to offer variations for shy dogs, excitable dogs, slow eaters etc?
Yes, we will include instructions for creating a safe training environment for dogs who may be struggling with specific challenges like guarding their resources or not feeling comfortable near new humans or dogs. There will also be troubleshooting guides for shy/easily excitable dogs and slow eaters! We ask you to provide us with the list of more common behavior challenges you see in your classes, so we can provide the most relevant guidelines in this program.
How soon after starting the program can I realistically launch my own classes?
It depends on where you are right now with your own Movement Puzzles training and how comfortable you feel with your understanding of the exercises. Many PRO members have already been in Movement Puzzles Academy for a while and they can usually start teaching classes very quickly after joining the PRO program. The first lesson plans are already available for you to start using with your own clients. If Movement Puzzles are brand new to you AND you are an action taker, then you can most likely start teaching them in your classes in 4-5 months time.
If I'm new to Movement Puzzles, should I then start with Movement Puzzles Academy materials first?
Yes. Inside PRO you get access to both - Movement Puzzles Academy and Movement Puzzles PRO. If you are new to Movement Puzzles then I recommend starting with Movement Puzzles Academy materials first as this contains all the important information on how to actually do these exercises.
Once you feel comfortable and feel like you can take on more new information on how to teach these exercises to others, then start working on PRO exercises parallel to Movement Puzzles Academy.

Will there be a formal certification later, and if so, will I have access to it as a founding member without any extra cost?
Yes, there will be a Movement Puzzles trainer certificate. Movement Puzzles trainer certificate is included for all the PRO members at no extra cost. The certificate will be application based and it will become available at the end of 2026.
However, to me this program doesn't end with you getting a certificate. I want to create this program in a way that will support you also once you do have your certificate - because challenges of running your own classes don't end there. I know so many amazing trainers who got a training certificate, but never started teaching classes because figuring out the logistics and troubleshooting client cases was too much and they felt alone. I don't want this for you and the main idea of this program is to support you in starting and running your own classes. Which is why I say that this isn't just a certification program. It's a trainer support program.
Do I need to have the trainer certificate before I can start teaching Movement Puzzles?
As a PRO member you can start teaching Movement Puzzles before you've finished the trainer certificate. That's one of the reasons why I wanted to create this PRO program - that you get the resources and support that you need in order to start your own classes and offer the best possible experience to your clients. You can start doing this before you've gotten a certificate and I'll be there to help you out.
Do I need to have the trainer certificate before being featured in "Find the trainer" page?
No. As a PRO member your business will be featured as Movement Puzzles PRO Member. Once you get the trainer certificate your business will be featured as Certified Movement Puzzles Trainer.
Will there be any additional fees to keep access to the program? Or when new or update content gets released?

My English isn't very good and I use Google Translator a lot. Can I still use the PRO program?
Yes, definitely. We actually already have a couple of members using this program with the help of Google Translate. Most of the course materials are written contents and pre-recorded videos like the familiar format from Movement Puzzles course. If you tell me that you are using a translator, then I make sure to give you written feedback on your exercises, so you can translate it. We also have live sessions in this program that may be trickier to navigate. My plan is to provide you with a transcript as well as a replay after the live session, so that you can translate the information provided in the video.
Do you offer CEUs for this program?
We are planning to apply for CEU approval from CCPDT and IAABC once the majority of the course is finished. Fingers crossed it will be approved! 🤞
What does it mean becoming a "founding member"?
